The ARCIL A4 IZI combines all the good quality of the A6 in an economic approach. This entry-level machine is capable of forming and filling labeled cups at speeds up to 240 cups per min. The compact footprint of the machine also allows the user to replace its current pre-formed cup filler with the IZI without major modification of his line.

The A6 is the best seller in FFS technology at ARCIL. It operates at very high efficiencies to produce a low cost per labeled cup. A single operator is required to manage a complete packaging line from the filler to the sleeving and case packing. The A6 provides speeds from 350 to 1000 labeled cups per min.

The in-mold labeling gives the cup strength and allows the user to reduce the plastic weight of the cup by as much as 50% compared to a pre-formed cup. The very specific sealing mechanism is also able to bring down costs by using cheaper foil/paper laminates. Cup economies can be as high as 65%.

An Evolutive version is also available. This version runs at half the rated speed and can be upgraded a few years later to double its capacity in a 7-day shutdown.
